Submissions without the necessary documentation will be considered non-responsive. Amendement 1: Quantity of CLIN 0003 "Communications equipment" has been updated, changing from 2 EA to 1 EA. See attachment "RFQ COMBO Latest Version." This is a combined Synopsis and Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Reference the attached RFQ Combo for instructions on the submission of offers.
