Turn left (south) on South Rio Grande Avenue; go approximately 1.5 miles. Western Area Power Administration is located on the right hand side of South Rio Grande Avenue. The Montrose Communication Site is located at 1800 South Rio Grande Avenue. The anticipated period of performance is 120 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. The estimated magnitude of construction is Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. FAR Part 14 is being utilized for this requirement. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 238160; Size Standard is $16.5M.
