The purpose of this RFI/Sources Sought Notice is for market research purposes only, to obtain information in regards to the availability of specified products, services, or a combination of both products and services, and to identify potential sources capable of providing products or performing services in accordance with the requirements below. DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15 (NCO 15) is seeking sources that can provide Autotransfusion Cell Saver Equipment and disposables in accordance with (IAW) the below requirement and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 339112 (size standard of 1000 Employees). The purpose of this requirement is to purchase autotransfusion cell saver equipment and associated disposable supplies for patient care during surgical procedures at Kansas City VA Medical Center (KCVA). This device enables intraoperative autotransfusion during cases with anticipated blood loss, such as complex vascular procedures. This requirement covers the following: Purchase of autotransfusion cell saver machine. Provision of compatible single use disposable supplies (e.g., collection reservoirs, filters, tubing, anticoagulant syringes, reinfusion bags) compatible with cell saver machine.
