AMENDMENT 03 The Request for Proposal and solicitation attachments have been revised and additional attachments have been added as follows: RFP Questions and Answers Rev 01 – Additional questions and answers incorporated into Solicitation No. 381487-CJ. Offerors shall use the revised documents and attachments provided with Amendment 03 when preparing their proposals. The proposal due date has been extended from September 2, 2026, to September 9, 2026 . Offerors that have previously submitted proposals shall resubmit their complete proposal package to Caroline Jones at cjones@fnal.gov. Offerors may revise or update their previously submitted proposals prior to the revised proposal due date. The most recent proposal received by the revised deadline will be considered the Offeror's final proposal for evaluation.
