Description Quantity/Acre Unit of Issue Unit Price Total CLIN 0010 SPLRP Hidden Springs Mastication 358 Acre $ $ Description: The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Arizona Strip District Office (ASDO) Grand Canyon-Parashant National Monument (GCPNM) has a requirement for vegetation management services to implement vegetation treatments within the Shivwits Plateau Landscape Restoration Project (SPLRP) to move the project area toward desired resource conditions, while reducing the risk of large and severe wildland fires, enhance big game habitat, and improving forest and rangeland health. Details of this requirement can be found in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and project/ transportation maps. NAICS: 115310 - Support Activities for Forestry-Fuels Management PSC: F003 Natural Resources/ Conservation Forest-Range Fire Period of Performance: August 1, 2026 - January 31, 2027 Location: The SPLRP Hidden Spring area is located approximately 40 air miles south of St. George, Utah in Mohave County, Arizona. Please refer to the attached project and transportation maps for details. ______________________________________________________________________________ The BLM intends to award a firm fixed-price contract resulting from this RFQ using the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection method. In order to be considered technically acceptable, the vendor must demonstrate technical capability and capacity to complete the required work in accordance with the SOW and have satisfactory past performance. In accordance with FAR Part 12 (RFO), offerors must include the following information with your quote submission: 1. Technical Capability (Ability to meet the specifications in the SOW - no longer than 5 pages). 2. Relevant Experience (2 projects ongoing or completed in the past 5 years) 3.
