All work must meet VHA, OSHA, EPA, and Mass DEP standards. 1.2 Project Specific Scope of Work - B2- HVAC Replacement Telehealth Work consists of procuring and replacing all components, compressors, cassettes, line sets, controls etc. to replace One (1) Split-System Heat Pump Systems supporting four (4) Telehealth Rooms in Building 2 each having a ceiling cassette and thermostat. This system is in Building 2 in Rooms 109, 113, 120, and one in the hallway by the waiting room. The new system will support only 109 (106 SF), 113 (143 SF), and 120 (147 SF). The cassette in the hallway and all associated components will be disposed of. The Period of Performance for this project is 90 calendar days. 1.3 General Scope Items The following is a list of general scope considerations: 1. Meet with VA Facilities staff, review existing drawings and estimates, and perform field work necessary to determine required materials and equipment. 2.
