Volpe National Transportation Systems Center (Volpe Center), is providing support to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Targeted Brownfields Assessments (TBA) program. As part of this effort, a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), including the advancement of soil borings, and the construction of groundwater monitoring wells at the Fort DuPont Parade Ground (the Site) located at 260 Old Elm Ave, Delaware City, Delaware.
