The NIH has an ongoing operational need for Ethyl (ethanol) and Isopropyl Alcohol to support the laboratories and offices across NIH to sustain mission critical activities for health and longevity mission critical research. The essential characteristics limit availability that is a sole source for this specific brand of Ethyl (ethanol) and Isopropyl Alcohol.
