The Office of Logistics and Acquisition Operations (OALO), of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) intend to negotiate on an other than full and open competition bases with Warner Graham LLP, 160 Church LN, Cockeysville, Maryland, 21030, USA, to procure Ethyl (ethanol) and Isopropyl Alcohol for on-going experiments. The NIH has an ongoing operational need for Ethyl (ethanol) and Isopropyl Alcohol to support the laboratories and offices across NIH to sustain mission critical activities for health and longevity mission critical research. The essential characteristics limit availability that is a sole source for this specific brand of Ethyl (ethanol) and Isopropyl Alcohol. This brand has been used by 90% of the agencies laboratories within NIH.
