The procurement is for a Maintenance Service Agreement associated with an X-Ray Machine manufactured by SMITHS DETECTION INC. for a period of performance of five years (Base + 4 Option Years). This action is being conducted under RFO Part 12. The statutory authority permitting the restriction to competition is RFO 12.102(a), such that only one source is available.
