Venue Space Allocation: Full-day privatization of the Chellah site, including the Ciconia restaurant. Patio restaurant, the forum, and the main Esplanade area. Event Infrastructure & Decoration: Provision of a 40 m^ main stage with a royal portrait and chairs, high tables, stools, and multiple bars distributed across all zones. It also includes comprehensive facility additions such as 100 stanchions, 15 specialized trash bins, a red-carpet entrance outlined with 62 structural lanterns, and the physical construction and outfitting of dressing rooms for performers. Technical Production & Lighting: High-end synchronized sound system networks (including L-Acoustics KARA II arrays, subwoofers, touring racks, and multiple Yamaha mixing consoles) paired with comprehensive stage, architectural, and ambient lighting grids deployed at the Esplanade, Ciconia alleyways, and the Forum area. Video & Synchronization Broadcasting: Multi-camera Full HD control room systems to live-broadcast the main stage feed in real time and perfect synchronization to 98" viewing monitors located in the reception areas.
