The contractor shall provide all labor, travel, supervision, equipment, supplies, materials, tools, and other items necessary to perform grounds maintenance at WJB Dorn VAMC located at 6439 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia SC 29209, as described within the performance work statement. The period of performance is for one base year with four, one-year option periods.
