NOTICE OF AWARD NASA Langley Research Center has established multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for General and Precision Machining requirements. The BPAs were competitively established as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The agreements will provide NASA LaRC with sources for general and precision machining requirements as needs arise. The multiple-award BPAs has an aggregate ceiling of $5 million over the ordering period of August 16, 2026, through August 15, 2031. The $5 million ceiling represents the maximum aggregate value of purchases that may be made across all BPAs, not $5 million per BPA holder, and does not represent an obligation of funds at the time BPA are awarded. The following small business concerns were selected as BPA holders: Vision Machine & Fabrication Corp Precision Advanced Machining Co. ITL Solutions Altrusion Inc. Waltonen Engineering Inc. Coastal Mechanics Company Inc. Modern Machine & Tool Inc. Microtech Machine Company Inc. Advanced Technologies Inc. Tri Models Inc. CG Model Tek, LLC Advanced Machining & Tooling, LLC Cherokee Nation Aerospace & Defense, LLC Individual requirements will be completed amount BPA holders, as applicable, and calls will be placed with the BPA holder providing the quotation determined to be most advantageous to the government in accordance with the terms of the BPA and applicable FAR requirements. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 4 - July 06, 2026: The purpose of Amendment 4 is to provide additional responses to Questions and Answers. Due to the offer/bid due date being extended under Amendment 2, the Q&A period is hereby extended until 2 PM EDT on July 3, 2026 .
