PA-AEIF Summit Hotel accommodations and conference spaceview on SAM.gov

The Embassy of the United States in Tunis, Tunisia, will release a solicitation for the acquisition of Hotel Services including rental of conference and meeting rooms and accommodation services for 03 days for event that will be held in February 2027. Please note the solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Tunis, Tunisia will launch this solicitation on the SAM.GOV website when it is available. The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a fixed price contract. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register at the earliest stage.
