This is the official solicitation* The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville (CEHNC) is planning to issue a single solicitation for a competitive 8(a) small business set-aside Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Real Property Support Services, Third Generation Multiple Award Task Order Contract MATOC to potentially award to all technical qualified offerors. The (RPSS) III supports the Department of War (DOW) customers in maintaining accurate data within a mandated system of records. This support strengthens audit readiness, enables full sustainment funding and ensures reliable reporting on facility inventory, condition, and space assignments to higher DOW Headquarters. NAICS code: 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services. The proposed MATOC will have one 60 month ordering period. Performance locations include DOW installations and other Government Facilities within the Contiguous United States (CONUS) to include Alaska, Hawaii, and its outlying areas, and Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS) locations such as Germany, Honduras, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Kwajalein, Marshall Islands, Philippines, Poland, Qatar, Republic of Korea, Spain, and United Kingdom.The Offeror(s) shall provide all resources needed for Real Property Support Services (RPSS) personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services. The RPSS scope encompasses direct maintenance of data within the real property system of record, furnishing of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and standalone studies and analysis such as requirements assessments, utility evaluations, environmental impact studies, and economic or financial analysis In Accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
