Description of Work: The Savannah District has a requirement from the DHS to provide the construction of new training and administrative facilities utilizing the Design Build to Budget (DB2B) following the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) informed model, aka Design Build Done Right. The scope of work involves the design and construction of four new facilities on a 10-acre site, comprising three 30,000-square-foot open-span mock training buildings, one 9,500-square-foot administration building, and all associated site development, utilities, paving, and landscaping.
