PCBs The synopsis lists PCBs in the scope of work, but we could not find PCB-specific CLINs in Attachment 2 (Price Schedule). Please confirm whether PCB wastes are covered under this contract and, if so, which CLINs apply. The contract states on page 10. Qualified Facilities List (QFL) May we submit an offer based on a TSDF that is not yet on the QFL? We plan to pursue QFL registration (DLA Form 2507) for the facility in parallel with the proposal process. Yes, however, will have to go through vetting to add any new TSDFs. (Section 5.1) PWS. 4. The Qualified Facilities List published on the DLA Disposition Services website to identify disposal facilities for PFAS waste. We found that the PFAS Disposal List on that page states that the facilities named there are the sole authorized recipients for the final disposal of PFAS waste, and all of those facilities are located in the United States. On the other hand, the PWS states that all waste under this contract shall be disposed of or recycled only at DLA-approved TSDFs located in the Government of Japan (GOJ). The two documents appear to point in different directions for PFAS waste. For CLINs PF20, PF21, and PF22 under this contract, please confirm: 6.
