Surface Preparation: Prepare the exposed surface to ensure it is completely dry, clean, and free of residues. The Government reserves the right to inspect the surface prior to new installation. Sealant Installation: Provide and install new commercial-grade sealant, ensuring uniform application over the designated 270 to 300 square foot under-eave perimeter. General Scope: The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment (including scissor lift), tools, materials, supervision, and transportation necessary to accomplish the work.
