Subject to FAR Clause 52.215-3, entitled "Solicitation for Information of Planning Purpose," this announcement constitutes a sources sought synopsis for written information only. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. This sources sought notice is not to be construed in any way as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response. Sources sought for information and planning purposes to identify qualified and experienced sources for an anticipated firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract under NAICS code 541330 with a size standard of $47M. This proposed contract vehicle will provide technical and analytical support to Commander Operational Test and Evaluation Force(COMOPTEVFOR)/ Air Test and Evaluation Squadron ONE (VX-1) in the definition, conduct and analysis of structured Operational Test (OT), Integrated Test (IT), and evaluation and tactical development/analysis of Naval systems. This support will be required in one or more of the following forms: Documentation Review, Operational Test Design, Test Planning Support, Test Execution, Data Management, Test Operations Support, Test Analysis and Reporting, Test Operations Support, Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Support, Aircraft Coordination, and Program Management Support. Period of Performance Performance is estimated to commence around 30 October 2026. The period of performance is anticipated to consist of a five-year ordering period and includes FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, to provide for an additional six months of performance. Place of Performance Work is performed primarily at 47298 Tate Road, Hanger 305, NAS Patuxent River, MD 20670. Travel may also be required to numerous locations throughout the United States and overseas, to include at sea on naval platforms. Please see the attached draft PWS.
