Sources Sought 2 Roof Replacements and 23 interiors Painted Wilson and Kanopolis Lake Projects Kansas INTRODUCTION The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support these requirements for construction services in support of the Wilson Lake and Kanopolis Lake Projects, Kansas. This is not a request for bids or quotes. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to complete the removal and replacement of 2 roofs at Wilson Lake, and removal and repainting of 23 building interiors across both Wilson Lake and Kanopolis Lake Projects. Estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 Period of Performance:180 days after the notice to proceed is issued. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their capabilities statement. The responses to this notice will guide the Government's decision regarding application of NAICS code "238160 - Roofing Contractors" and/or NAICS code "238320 - Painting and Wall Covering Contractors" regarding this requirement. It is possible that this requirement will be solicited under one or both of those NAICS codes. Small businesses are encouraged to participate.
