The Government reserves the right to request documentation demonstrating authorized status prior to award or to independently verify the quoter's reseller status with the OEM. Failure to provide such documentation upon request, or a determination by the Government that the quoter is not an authorized source, will result in the quote being rejected as unacceptable.
