AMENDMENT 3 TO COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This amendment is issued to dissolve the Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside under the Buy Indian Act and establish this acquisition as a 100 percent Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 562112. The quotation response date is extended to August 20, 2026 at 5:00 PM Pacific Time. The ISBEE/IEE-only eligibility requirements, Indian Economic Enterprise representation requirement, and Buy Indian Act subcontracting limitations are removed. Attachment 3 - IHS IEE Representation Form is withdrawn and is no longer required. All solicitation references requiring submission of an IEE representation or compliance with Buy Indian Act subcontracting limitations are deleted. Quotations are solicited only from small business concerns under NAICS 562112.
