The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is to conduct market research to locate interested, experienced and potential qualified constructions firms capable of completing this project. The appropriate North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 236220 with the applicable business size of $45.0 million. GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK: This project is intended to renovate existing space in building 5 and/or 5B for the creation of a same day access clinic for Mental Health as per VHA directive 1231(2) and VHA handbook 1160.1. The project shall include, but not limited to, architectural, engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, structural engineering, electrical engineering, and fire protection as needed within the space.
