The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from all interested vendors, including both Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) FSC Group 65 VII schedule holders under manufacturing categories 555 11(a) and 555 11(c), as well as qualified open market sources. This notice seeks information regarding blood glucose meters, test strips, and related consumables capable of providing data management, interfacing, and depot services, along with the required installation, training, connectivity, and troubleshooting to support whole blood glucose testing under a cost per test pricing arrangement. The South Central VA Health Care Network (SCVAHCN) will be pursuing a firm fixed price Cost per Test (CPT) BPA for a year base year and 4, one (1) year options for waived point of care WBG testing devices, test strips, consumables, data management, installation, training, depot service, connectivity and troubleshooting. The BPA will also provide connectivity with the VA VistA Lab Information System (LIS) point of care interface and any future electronic health record/LIS interface. Potential sources must demonstrate experience and knowledge of required equipment, services and capability of performing said service.
