Request for Information Synopsis: Fleet Readiness Center, Aviation Support Equipment (FRCASE), Planned Maintenance Interval (PMI) Transition for Overhaul and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) Support. 1.0 Introduction The Government is seeking information from industry regarding a potential paradigm shift in the maintenance concept for FRCASE. Specifically, this RFI seeks industry feedback, insights, and best practices regarding the impacts, benefits, and challenges of transitioning from the current status quo of unscheduled/condition-based induction of ASE for overhaul to a PMI model. This RFI specifically seeks industry's perspective on how this transition would affect program cost, turnaround schedule, and equipment performance.
