This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be posted. Offers are being requested and separate written solicitation will not be initiated. Solicitation number SP451026Q1041 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The NAICS code is 561730 with a size standard of $9,500,000 set aside 100% for Small Business and the requirement will result in one (1) 12-month base period as a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effort through Federal Acquisition Regulation - Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (FAR RFO).
