Award of a $499,000,000, non-competitive, five-year (5-year base period with no options), hybrid Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) (Completion) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery, Single Award (SA) Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to the University of Alaska Fairbanks, CAGE: 3R2B4, 3295 College Rd., Fairbanks, AK 99709-3705 to renew the University Affiliated Research Center (UARC). This contract will be incrementally funded using appropriate Fiscal Year (FY) Operation and Maintenance (O&M) and Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) funds.
