GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The goal of this acquisition is to provide (6) additional Automated Fee Machines (AFM) units for processing, documenting, and reporting sales transactions; user role access control, product item, pass dispensing, and provide the services of installation, training, warranty, technical and system administration support, including managed services for PCI compliance, of the AFM units. AFMs are stand-alone point-of-sale units, also called Pay Stations, used for the collection of fees at unstaffed parking lots). AFMs are programmed to sell products, accept payment, produce a receipt for the proof of purchase, dispense CRNRA annual passes which are PVC Cards, and provide reports on the sales and collections.
