The proposed NAICS code for this procurement is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance The size standard: $12.5M Product Service Code: J036 - Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment- Special Industry Machinery Location of project: John Day Lock and Dam, Rufus, OR US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District intends to award a full-service elevator maintenance contract at John Day Dam, Sherman County, Oregon, and Klickitat County, Washington. Eight (8) elevators at John Day Dam require routine preventative maintenance including cleaning, inspection, lubrication, adjustment, calibration, repair, replacement, testing, and documentation. Offerors must be capable of maintaining 24/7/365 availability to respond to emergency situations and be able to arrive on site no later than three hours in some emergency response situations. This requirement is anticipated as a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract for a base period plus four (4) option years at the Government's discretion. The Government seeks any information, interest and/or the availability to procure these items on the open market. Questions are welcome and will be directed to the appropriate subject matter experts.
