BEA is identifying qualified small businesses that can supply software products and related services which may include: Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software Software licensing and renewals Maintenance and update services Cybersecurity-compliant software solutions Technical support and product expertise SCOPE OF WORK The selected vendor may be responsible for: Providing software products, renewals, upgrades, and licensing management Supplying product specifications, technical documentation, and support resources Ensuring timely delivery, fulfillment, and software deployment capability Supporting configuration, troubleshooting, and compatibility inquiries Demonstrating compliance with INL cybersecurity, software acquisition, and federal procurement requirements Providing proof of software publisher authorization (where applicable) All interested small businesses must maintain an active SAM.gov registration and current certification for NAICS 513210 PROCESS This EOI is the first step in identifying interested and qualified small businesses able to meet INL software acquisition needs. Responses may be used to inform the development of a formal solicitation list. Selected vendors may be invited to participate in a Request for Proposal (RFP) process for award consideration.
