REPLACEMENT OF ENTRANCE AND PARKING SIGNS FOR MAMMOTH CAVE NATIONAL PARK The solicitation is amended to clarify proposal structure and contract line items. Offerors shall submit pricing and technical proposals that identify separate Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for the base requirement and for each option period/option quantity. The Schedule is revised to add distinct base CLINs and option CLINs; offerors shall propose prices for all base CLINs and all option CLINs. Evaluation of offers will be conducted in accordance with FAR 17.2 and the solicitation, inclusive of all base and option line items, as applicable.
