The solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or about August/September 2026. PROJECT ACTIVITIES The project activities include but are not limited to – Assessment - •Review organizational structure and reporting relationships. • Assess leadership roles related to capital planning, finance, facilities, procurement, and project management. • Evaluate decision-making processes for capital projects. • Identify existing program management capabilities. • Assess internal coordination between departments (finance, facilities, legal, procurement, planning).
