The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Merrill Fence Co., for the emergency repair of an exterior fence for the BIA, Navajo Regional Office, Gamerco Facility, Gamerco, NM, under the authority of FAR 12.102(a).
