This acquisition was previously awarded as a Firm Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type competitive 8(a) contract with a maximum ceiling of $70M. The current contract is anticipated to end on or before 26 January 2028. Acquisition Overview The 36th Contracting Squadron (36 CONS) is seeking to identify qualified and interested 8(a) certified sources capable of performing a follow-on SABER contract for Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), Guam and tenant units. The Government anticipates awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) construction contract. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction), with a corresponding small business size standard of $45.0 million. The total anticipated magnitude of this contract is valued between $25 million and $100 million. The basic contract period consists of one (1) One‑Year Base Ordering Period followed by six (6) One‑Year Option Ordering Periods. Scope of Work Synopsis The Government is seeking offerors with the experience, financial means, and capability to perform a broad range of multiple construction disciplines. Individual task orders under this contract will range in value between $2,000 and $2,000,000. Work will require a variety of trades, including but not limited to carpentry, excavation, electrical, plumbing, sheet metal, structural steel, millwork, painting, demolition, concrete, masonry, welding, mechanical, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), roofing, paving, utilities, and managing Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC) clearance.
