The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is posting the attached Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with FAR 6.305. The justification supports a follow-on requirement for fire alarm and mass notification system integration services associated with an existing enterprise life-safety monitoring environment.
