INTRODUCTION The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Detroit District is issuing this Sources Sought notice and conducting market research as a means to identify the interest and capabilities of both small and large business entities to provide snow and ice removal services at the St. Marys Falls Canal located in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALLBUSINESSES (IN FULL OR IN PART) OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. All Small Business Set-Aside categories will be considered. REQUIREMENT: St. Marys Falls Canal Snow Removal Summary Scope: The contractor will provide all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and administration as necessary to provide snow and ice removal services at the aforementioned facility. The period of performance for this requirement is for one, 12-month base period and four, 12-month option period.
