All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM)(https://www.sam.gov) by the award date. In order to evaluate Technical Capability, the Offeror is required to submit a detailed technical quote (not to exceed 10 pages) demonstrating thorough knowledge, understanding, and approach to accomplishing each paragraph in the PWS. It must contain sufficient detail for evaluation against the PWS and comply with the required period of performance. If a subcontractor is providing required equipment rental, their technical capability must also be included. Note: Nonconformance will deem an Offeror ineligible. As part of the price quote package, the Offeror shall complete Form SF 1449: Page 1, Box 17a: Provide the Contractor name, address, telephone number, and CAGE Code.
