A separate R2 line item shall not be charged in that circumstance. The R2 line item applies only when a reverse inscription is ordered separately on an existing upright headstone with a previously completed front inscription. Questions and Answers: Q: May samples submitted under previous solicitations be used to satisfy the sample requirements for the current open solicitations if those samples were previously approved by MPS? A: No. Samples submitted under previous solicitations do not apply to the current solicitations, and there is no provision to carry forward prior sample approvals. New samples shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the current solicitations. Q: Is there any incumbent/recompete or this is a brand-new project? If so, what past performance information must the prime provide? Ktr 2: Factors 1 and 2 permit subcontractor past performance with a teaming agreement but also require the prime s own relevant past-performance information.
