Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the updated Ordering Guide and remove the Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Plan submission and evaluation requirements from Sections L and M of the basic solicitation. Please note that the SCRM requirement is not being eliminated; rather, it is being shifted from the basic contract level to the task order level, as now detailed in the revised Ordering Guide (dated 19 May 2026). This update is a procedural and formatting change that only shifts the SCRM Plan submission from the basic contract to delivery order proposal submission; it is not considered a material change. Accordingly, there will be no extension to the proposal due date. Amendment 0001 Updated Attachments: 1. Solicitation Amendment: FA8252-26-R-0073-0001 2.
