This notice is intended strictly for market research to determine the availability of Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) and Small Businesses. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. The anticipated applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 339114, Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing . This U.S. industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in manufacturing dental equipment and supplies used by dental laboratories and offices of dentists, such as dental chairs, dental instrument delivery systems, dental hand instruments, dental impression material, and dental cements. 1.0 Background The Mission of the Rosebud IHS is to provide the best possible healthcare services to the patients on the Rosebud Sioux Reservation in South Dakota. To meet this mission, the Rosebud IHS is requesting a Base Plus Four (4) Option Year, firm-fixed price, non-personal service contract to provide Annual Preventative Dental Equipment Maintenance and emergency repair services. 2.0 Objective Rosebud IHS requires preventative maintenance on all dental equipment and emergency repair services to prevent service interruptions to patient care. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​2.1 Scope The contractor shall perform annual maintenance per the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall perform Preventive Maintenance Repair (PMR) services on an annual basis or at 1500 hours upon request of the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) or designee. 3.0 Work Schedule/Availability The Rosebud IHS hours of operations are Monday through Friday 7:00am to 4:30pm. 4.0 Period of Performance Base year: 10/01/2026 to 09/30/2027 Option Year 1: 10/01/2027 to 09/30/2028 Option Year 2: 10/01/2028 to 09/30/2029 Option Year 3: 10/01/2029 to 09/30/2030 Option Year 4: 10/01/2030 to 09/30/2031 5.0 Place of Performance Rosebud IHS 400 Soldier Creek Dr. Rosebud, SD 57570 6.0 Contractor Responsibility The Contractor shall perform all require duties upon request from the COR according to the PWS. 7.0 Contracting Officer's Representative Designation The designated COR for this contract is: Terry Yellow Hawk, COR Level 1 Rosebud IHS 400 Soldier Creek Dr. Rosebud, SD 57570 The COR is responsible for: Monitoring the Contractor's technical progress. Interpreting the statement of work. Technical evaluation as required.
