Combined Synopsis & Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services, prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87, effective, 7 March 2016. It is anticipated that a competitive price purchase order shall be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. Statement of Work (SOW) 2.1 Scope The objective of this contract is to obtain professional custom fabrication, assembly, and fitting services for new marine hoses for the Over The Horizon – IV (OTH MK4) and Long Range Interceptor (LRI) vessels. This includes marine gear hoses, engine hoses, and fuel service line hoses. All services must be performed to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Maintenance Procedure Card (MPC) specifications to ensure optimal system pressure, leak-free performance, and maritime safety compliance. Note: The MPC does not state the actual hose lengths; therefore, all newly created hoses must be measured and referenced directly from the present (existing) hoses.
