Failure to inspect the vessel will not constitute grounds for a claim after award. Location: NOAA Dock Facility 202 Delmas Ave. Pascagoula, MS 39567 The vessel will be available for site visits August 17–21, 2026, between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. CDT. To schedule a site visit and request access, please contact Kendall Falana at kendall.m.falana@noaa.gov. When requesting a site visit, please reference the solicitation number in the subject line. Quoters are responsible for all site visit expenses. Any questions resulting from the site visit shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer in accordance with the solicitation. Any clarifications affecting the solicitation will be issued by amendment.
