NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The United States Air Force (the Government) intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase order to a sole source, CQ Roll Call, Inc. Under the authority of DAFFARS 5313.501(a)(1)(ii), 10 U.S.C. 2302b, Implementation of Simplified Acquisition Procedures (41 U.S.C. 1901), on or about 10 June 2026. The base period of performance (PoP) will be from 24 June 2026 – 23 June 2027. The resulting award will also include four (4) 12-month options, extending the term of the contract to 23 June 2031. They need a resource that will provide a comprehensive tracker of federal legislation with non-partisan and unbiased analysis of current and archival information to make informed decisions. This requirement is a follow-on to contract FA860421PB025. This is a twelve (12) month base subscription with four (4) 12-month option years to CQ Roll Call, Inc, (CAGE: 4NCC2) for Comprehensive Legislative Tracking & Congressional News Analysis.
