SYNOPSIS This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial products or commercial services using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This acquisition will be made in accordance with the format in alignment with the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) FAR Subpart 12.201-1 “Simplified Procedures” as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to establish a single-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract will support the United States Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, Chemical Biological Center (DEVCOM CBC) Environmental Monitoring Laboratory by providing compressed industrial, high-purity, and specialty gases. Delivery orders will be issued on a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) basis over a 60-month ordering period, featuring a guaranteed minimum of $1,000.00 and an estimated contract ceiling value of $2,058,554.00.
