FY26 Lab Consolidation for Coagulation CPRR Effortview on SAM.gov

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Healthcare Contracting Division - West (HCD-W) awarded a firm-fixed-price purchase order for Coagulation Analyzer CPRR to include reagents, standards, quality controls, supplies, consumables/disposable items, parts, accessories and any other item required for the proper operation of the Contractor's equipment and necessary for the generation of a reportable result IAW SOW. This supports the operational requirements of the Military Treatment Facilities and their workloads, and was conducted IAW FAR Part 12.
