The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island Arsenal has awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price commercial services contract (W519TC-26-C-A062) to Accenture Federal Services LLC in the total amount of $13,578,637.99 for Customer Engagement and Digital Services Oversight in support of the Enterprise Cloud Management Agency (ECMA). This contract was awarded competitively in accordance with the merit-based procedures of a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3458 and Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Defense FAR Supplement (RFO DFARS) Subpart 212.70. Under this contract, the awardee will deliver a packaged commercial software and management solution to streamline unit cloud onboarding, support strategic governance boards, and execute automated cloud financial operations within DoD Impact Level 4, 5, and 6 security boundaries.
