GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS This solicitation is issued for a commercial construction requirement using Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 procedures, with applicable construction requirements under RFO FAR Part 36 and RFO Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Part 236. This acquisition uses the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) methodology. Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote is technically acceptable and whose total evaluated price is the lowest price determined fair and reasonable.
