The USCG is conducting market research to seek sources that have the capability to reverse engineer, provide drawings, and manufacture the items below: Disc, Brakes , PN: 5003648, NSN:1630-01-333-9493, OEM Cage: 0B9R9 Disc, Brakes , PN: 9543672, NSN:1630-01-326-0851, OEM Cage: 0B9R9 Disc, Brakes , PN: 9543673, NSN:1630-01-326-0852, OEM Cage: 0B9R9 Note: Special Packaging Requirement: Must be individually wrapped in moisture barrier and treated with rust inhibitor for storage up to one (1) year OEM CMM. Concerns able to provide these Disc, Brakes are encouraged to respond to this Sources Sought notice. RESPONSES: Responses to this notice should include company name, address, telephone number, cage code, and point of contact (POC). Please respond to the following questions: Capability statement to include the lead time for delivery and standard warranty included with product. State whether the business can provide Special Packing Requirements. State whether the business can supply FAR 52.246-15 Certificate of Conformance with no more than two ownership changes after the OEM. State whether the business provides F.O.B Destination or Origin. State whether the business is currently classified as Large, Small, Small Disadvantaged, 8(a), HubZone Small Business, Women Owned, Veteran Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small business in terms of the NAICS code 366413 GSA Contract information if applicable and other information that provides the Coast Guard with a more accurate picture of the potential marketplace for this requirement.
