DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Self‑Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Flow Tester Package The Volk Field Fire Department requires a comprehensive, NFPA‑compliant Self‑Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Flow Tester package configured specifically for the MSA G1 SCBA platform. See attached SF 1449 and requirements document for additional details. All quotes will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation procedures described in this solicitation. ***Offers must include complete and detailed technical specifications to enable the Government's evaluation and determination of technical acceptability.
