REGULATORY AUTHORITY The resultant contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01, March 13, 2026. This acquisition is conducted under the procedures as prescribed in FAR subpart 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures at an amount not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold ($350,000). STATUTORY AUTHORITY This acquisition is conducted under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Subpart 13.106-1 (b) (1), Soliciting from a single source and is not expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. GENERAL INFORMATION Title: Preventive Maintenance Service for 2 Sartorius Incucyte Instruments from 7/1/2026 to 3/31/2027(9 months, 0.75 units). Background Information: The Center for Cancer Research (CCR), National Cancer Institute (NCI), National Institutes of Health (NIH), requires preventive maintenance services for two Government-owned Sartorius Incucyte Instruments. Its Laboratory of Pathology (LP) uses two IncuCyte S3 SW/SVC instruments to monitor in real time biological changes in living cancer cells. SCOPE The Contractor shall provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to maintain and provide preventive maintenance for the following equipment: One (1) Incucyte S3 SW/SVC, Serial # IC50564 One (1) Incucyte S3 SW/SVC, Serial # IC51342 All maintenance services shall be performed on-site in accordance with the Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM) most current standard commercial maintenance practices.
