This memorandum documents the price reasonableness determination for the USCGC William Flores Replacement Awning requirement. Four (4) competitive quotes were received. Based on adequate price competition and a review of past performance, the lowest priced quote of $30,661.14 from Pipe Dreams is determined to be fair and reasonable and represents the best value to the Government.
